History

Snapper point acreage was granted to Commander Holmes after the Second World War. It has only been sold once ( in 1995)and that was to the family who currently own the property.

The only remaining feature of the original homestead is the beautiful and resilient south coast hardwood flooring

The rebuild of the home was architecturally designed and professionally built by skilled craftsmen using the best materials available. The owners brief to the builders was “ if in doubt over engineer the structure”
