This island has been hit by Cyclone Debbie earlier this year, and needs some work, owners have reduced the price to around $1.5Million for a quick sale. Great value for a super resort in the Whitsundays with a Rolling lease (forever) Just look at the photo’s above, this is the magnificent area that this once great portion island occupies, there has been no change to the outlook, however the reception area and some small buildings are a mess, but the 10 bungalows are in great shape.
