Summary
This island has been hit by Cyclone Debbie earlier this year, and needs some work, owners have reduced the price to around $1.5Million for a quick sale. Great value for a super resort in the Whitsundays with a Rolling lease (forever) Just look at the photo’s above, this is the magnificent area that this once great portion island occupies, there has been no change to the outlook, however the reception area and some small buildings are a mess, but the 10 bungalows are in great shape.
Paradise Bay Island Resort is located on the southern end of South Long island. The island resort is located between the crystal blue waters of its exclusive bay and the surrounding rainforest. The privacy of the island retreat is unparalleled in the immediate area, with its protected shallow bay frontage escaping passing water traffic unnoticed.
The resort has been utilised as a private paradise for the current owners – whilst allowing select individuals high paying access. With an exclusive inventory, plant and equipment list, no expense has been spared on its fittings and fixtures and plush furnishings.
Also included is a 2 acre private waterfront block of land where a future residence can be built. The resort offers an alternative of lifestyle choices, as it lies amongst the breathtaking Whitsunday group of islands and is the closest of these off the Queensland coastline. You can travel aboard the resort owned sailing catamaran “Wilderness Explorer” allows a private experience that few are lucky to experience in this tourism hotspot. The resort is located between Cairns and Brisbane. It has an award winning history known for Exclusiveness, Excellence, Reclusiveness.
